About the Event

The Pelvic Floor is the base of your Core muscles. These muscles control continence, sexual function, support your organs, provide stability for your hips and back, and maintain fluid circulation throughout your trunk. Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists are specialists who treat dysfunction without medications or surgeries. The results are life-changing! Join us for a conversation with expert Mary Beth Fiser Lewis, PT, DPT, Cert-DN to ask those questions you've always wondered about, or ask questions for a friend.

After the conversation, stick around for a Core & More exercise class with Dr. Jen. We'll focus on pelvic floor muscles, and how to incorporate them in core strengthening exercises that protect your spine and hips, and help you to achieve optimal mobility. Bring your yoga mat and a pillow. To sign up for Core & More, go to the Services tab, select Fitness Training, then click on Core & More to register for March 11th. If it's your first time joining us, enter your email to receive a coupon for a free trial class!
