About the Event
This Breath of Life Workshop will specifically focus on techniques to relax the body and mind, calm the nervous system, and prepare you for slumber.
Breathing is the foundation of every movement. Different styles of breathing can change you physically and mentally. At Breath of Life, you'll learn the mechanics of breathing and how your body utilizes every breath. We will practice a variety breathing exercises to change your mood, energy level, physical performance, muscle relaxation, and mental alertness.

What you'll need:
A comfortable place to relax - in a chair, laying in bed, sitting on a yoga mat, or whatever works best for you
Comfortable clothing to allow freedom of movement in the chest and belly
