Service Description

This precision strength and motor training class will cover foundational techniques to improve alignment, balance, and mobility for lifelong health. You will need a yoga mat or padded firm surface, pillow, optional stretching strap, and optional light hand weights or canned goods for resistance. This class is intended for fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for physical therapy. Do not perform an exercise if it increases pain of symptoms. If you experience recurring pain during movement, you may qualify for physical therapy; email for a free consultation.
