Service Description
This fun, low-impact class offers seated or standing options so you can workout at the intensity that is right for you. Sit or Stand Fitness focus on functional strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and cardiovascular health. Bring a chair that you can sit in with feet supported, hand weights or canned goods, and water. This class is intended for fitness purposes only and is not a substitute for physical therapy. Do not perform an exercise if it increases pain of symptoms.
